I bought both this and the smaller square pot rack to hang in my new kitchen on either side of a stainless steel range exhaust hood over my kitchen island. I am a retired professional cook and these pot racks hold all my cookware within easy reach and free up cupboard space. They make my home kitchen look like a restaurant kitchen. They are very sturdy and look great!

This is an attractive and inexpensive way to add to a kitchen's storeage space, by freeing up cabinetry and placing pots and pans on the pot rack, and hanging same from the pot rack. You will need high ceilings or a way to block you from hitting the pans with your head, or you will conk your head on the hanging pots and pans. I only had to do that once before hanging the pots and pans in such a way that it would be extremely difficult for the pots and pans to knock me in the head.

I am in the process of building a new home and have designed my new kitchen with a large center island with a stove, prep sink and eating counter. I will be using both the rectangular and the square pot racks hung on either side of a comercial stainless steel stove with an exhaust hood in between the pot racks above the stove. The pot racks will accomodate all my stainless cookware and look fabulous, plus free up a lot of cabinet space. I like the fact that they have a flat mesh shelf for items that can not easily hang on the hooks. I looked at all the pot racks sold on the market and these were by far the most attractive and the price was very competetive. I can't wait to finish building my house and hang them up.
