I could find nothing comparable in Australia on the net.
Our walls in 90% of Western Australian homes are hollow double brick. I changed to larger stainless screws and plugs.

The actual delivery time was slow, but I am thrilled with the product. I would suggest hanging it with long screws on a sturdy prepared hanging area. I painted plywood, screwed it into the studs, and hung the pot hanging from there. Very sturdy!

This pot rack is all I thought it would be...attractive and functional. The hooks received with it are superior, staying put after placement, and adding to the overall appearance of the rack. Not to mention that the quantity of hooks supplied means I don't have to buy extra. There are more than enough!! I have always wanted a pot rack, and I am so happy to have found this one. Oh, and did I mention that the price I paid was exceptional? This website rocks!

I researched racks for about 7 months before I bought. The reason it took so long to find the perfect rack was because I want top quality and I can't afford the price that usually goes along with it. I mounted the rack on a kitchen window and loaded it up with heavy pots, pans, utensils, recipes books, and a couple of decorative items.
I can't say enough about the quality and beauty of this rack. I think this rack would function well in a commercial environment as well as for home use. It comes with lots of hooks but I purchased some smaller, inexpensive S hooks from the local home improvement store for my utensils to hang from.( just in case I need to use the bigger hooks for something else in the future.)

I love my pot rack!!!

After thoroughly searching the web for a nice pot rack that was both affordable and functional, I struck gold with this pot rack. I love everything about it and it's currently holding 250 pounds of pots, pans, and tools on my wall. Of course, the assembly is a bit tedious. You have to go to a store like[...]s and get 3x1 oak board, cut them into 3 pieces fit appropriately to the mounting area, paint the oak the same color as your wall, use long screws to screw it to your wall without anchors, then assemble the rack, using the oak as a sturdy foundation. If these instructions are followed, you will have a very attractive and very reliable potrack for probably the rest of your life with this buy.

Just got married, so we had a TON of new stuff and had to rearrange the kitchen to make it all fit. Needed a place to put the pots/pans/griddles/kitchen gadgets - and this rack fit the bill! We put the big stock pots on top on the shelf, hung everything else from the rails or the shelf grid. Lots of hooks were included, so no worries there.

The only thing I didn't like was the small screws and plastic anchors - It would probably hold it well, but I'm an engineer so I got out my stud finder and bolted it into the studs with some larger wood screws/washers (needed the washers because the holes are too big for the screws included). For the holes not on studs, I used drywall anchors along with some washers...

But that's a really minor issue in my book and is overcome by the fact that this item totally rocks. It looks great, and makes the whole look of the kitchen. Even better: My wife loves it! (she's happy, so I'm happy)

Note: In the photo, it looks like the ceiling fan will hit the pots - but it doesn't, actually it's about 6" away from the rack, it's just the angle of the photo...

I had to build my own brackets to allow for the weight of my pots and pans. Parts were missing and had to have them custom made since neither this website nor the manufactorer would return phone calls.
